We are looking for you as: Production Specialist Downstream (DSP) / Pharmakant / Biotechnological Assistant (m/w/d) - GMP Production & Buffer Production

As Production Specialist Downstream (DSP) (m/w/d) you take a responsible position within biopharmaceutical production. You ensure that buffer and media solutions are provided for the manufacturing processes under the highest GMP quality standards and thus contribute significantly to the safe production of biopharmaceutical medicines.?????????????? Implementation and GMP-compliant documentation of buffer and media production, including pre- and post-processing, weighing, in-process controls (IPC) and process monitoring ????? Creation, maintenance and optimization of quality-relevant documents such as standard work instructions (SOPs), production regulations and production documentation ? Processing of deviations (deviations), OOS cases, change controls and CAPA measures as well as implementing corresponding correction and improvement measures ? Support of defined process systems including maintenance, calibration, qualification management and documentation review as device manager ???? Responsibility for material logistics within buffer and media production as well as ensuring timely material supply ???? Working on the continuous optimization of production processes, quality standards and GMP-compliant workflows ?? Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, technology and other specialist areas in a modern biopharmaceutical environment

(m/w/d), Biotechnological Assistant (BTA), CTA, Chemistry Laboratory, Biology Laboratory, Chemical, Production Technology Chemistry or a comparable scientific or technical qualification Professional experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production, ideally in downstream processing (DSP), buffer and media production, GMP production or process plants Knowledge of GMP, Deviation Management, OOS, CAPA, Change Control, Production Documentation and Quality Processes Experience in the handling of production facilities, maintenance and calibration processes as well as awareness of responsibility for technical installations and production processes Structured, independent and quality-oriented mode of operation as well as pronounced team capacity and communication strength readiness to change layer (spring and late layer)
