A new, modern company location in the Niedersachsenpark at the A1 is currently being created, with short paths, modern equipment and plenty of space for pragmatic solutions.

Leadership and further development of the design team (approx. 10 employees) Independent design and solution finding in special machine construction Close coordination with customers, manufacturing, purchasing and management Optimization of existing structures and processes Ensuring practical, economical and feasible solutions
Complete degree in mechanical engineering (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) or comparable Multiannual experience in the construction of machinery or special equipment First leadership experience or clear ambition to take responsibility Safe in handling common CAD systems (e.g. Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, etc.) Practice-oriented, solution-strong thinking Communication strength and a good feeling for team work Good knowledge of German and solid English
