The construction management colleges are planning and building exciting and demanding new construction, reconstruction and expansion measures for various university customers. These include the University of Münster, the FH Münster and the Kunstakademie Münster. In particular, the versatile use of buildings and the complex workflows in the seminar, laboratory and office areas require special solutions. As part of our team, you will develop state-of-the-art and unique projects in NRW. You control, plan and accompany the civil engineering in interdisciplinary teams in demanding new construction, renovation and infrastructure measures You participate in the selection and commissioning of freelance workers and exporting companies and control them for civil engineering You take over the appointment, budget and cost planning In individual cases you take over the independent processing of the performance phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI Contract and claim management is part of your task You coordinate and monitor the contractual planning and construction services of contractors You create technical documentation, opinions, reports and documentation Coordination and coordination with Authorisation Authorities and Users

You have a completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering (Tiefbau) or a comparable discipline Further requirements: Expertise and professional experience in the planning and execution of complex civil engineering projects are advantageous for you You can demonstrate expertise in the performance phases of HOAI and knowledge in the field of procurement and contract law (e.g. VgV, VOB) and other relevant legal provisions (WHG, BBodSchG). Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
