Project management for large-scale projects as a contractor representation, for example for the extension of the West Education Campus or student housing Efficient project organization according to HOAI/AHO Control of object and specialist planning Coordination of all project participants Project controlling and reporting Preparation of decision-making bases

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or in a comparable discipline Multiannual relevant professional experience in project management or contractor representation Funded knowledge of HOAI/AHO and profound understanding of sustainable building Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and negotiation skills Embossed team and communication skills
