As part of the transfer of employees, we are looking for you as a specialist (m/w/d) International order processing / export in full time (40 hours) for our client in Cologne (Am Butzweilerhof). Optimal start of work between 03.08.2026 to 17.08.2026!

Processing of national and international customer orders in the ERP system and with customers in German and English Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates as well as coordination with production, storage and shipping Organisation and commissioning of national and international transports in cooperation with logistics service providers Creation of shipping and export documents (e.g. shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists) Creation of export-relevant standard documents Operational customs processing and communication with authorities and service providers Tracking of shipments and processing of time deviations, complaints and transport damage Telephone and written correspondence with customers, forwarders, authorities and internal departments Maintenance of customer, material and shipping and export data as well as documentation with the programs SAP R/3, Atlas, AEB Assit General handling incl. Correspondence

Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant, forwarding merchant, merchant for forwarding and logistics services, merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management, merchant for office management, office merchant or equivalent Professional experience, preferably from a manufacturing company, in the fields of international order management and export processing - Attention! The appropriate professional experience counts more than one degree, e.g. a training SAP and Atlas knowledge, optimally knowledge with AEB assistant, MS Office knowledge Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge for communication with customers e.g. customs
