In your role as “Referent HR Communication & Change Management (m/w/d)” you are part of our personal marketing team and actively shape internal and external communication. You advise and accompany the HR departments in general communication issues - especially in the case of change processes - from analysis to planning to implementation. You create communication and change schedules, edit texts, develop change stories and create appropriate communication tools. You work closely with our agencies and the staff marketing team to make change initiatives visible and understandable. You develop new formats of internal and external communication - in all media types that sustainably support change. You use text, moving image and photography to take employees in the change process.
