What tasks you expect from us: Business customers and proactive customer approach: You address their existing business customers in a targeted manner, advise them on our financial and service products and successfully conclude contracts. You can use an integrated speech management and an annual discussion to optimize your results. Detecting Potentials & Cross-Selling: You identify additional business opportunities, together with specialists from the fields of investment, insurance and payment transactions, offer suitable solutions. Credit consulting & application: You independently process credit applications, create the necessary documents and take care of the decision making and the conclusion of contracts. Service & Support: You answer customer requests by phone and e-mail and make sure that even complex service orders are handled smoothly. Fall-closing, simple and fast processes are the basis for this. You work in the most modern rooms of the KSK and are equipped with the most modern technology. Target-oriented mode of operation: You are always working to achieve our team and business goals and guarantee compliance with service levels.

What skills do you offer: Qualification: Banker or comparable training Banking and Business Knowledge: Knowledge of Banking and Business Administration and Understanding Economic Relationships. Legal basis: Safe handling of the legal framework of customer advice and service business (especially data protection, banking secrecy, GWG and distance sales). Mediale sales competence: comprehensive knowledge about the use of media distribution channels and the corresponding consulting and service processes. Product and credit knowledge: deep understanding of the Sparkasse product range as well as special products for business center customers, including sound credit knowledge.
