For modern organisations, the meeting of data-based decisions is an important control element. Through the targeted use of data, it is possible to strengthen the innovative power and thereby to increase competitiveness. Management requires the analysis of KPIs in conjunction with derivation and follow-up of measures. A digitally continuous mode of operation and the traceability of the KPIs along different granularity levels is important in this case. The aim is to develop a cockpit that captures, visualizes and evaluates important strategic KPIs of production in a suitable manner. Furthermore, functionalities for creating and following tasks are to be integrated into the cockpit. To this end, different components are to be developed for the detection, visualization and tracking.

Key tasks include: Introduction to Dashboarding, Cockpits and Management Processes Building a data model for structuring data and KPIs Conception and implementation of a dashboard in a digital reporting solution (e.g. PowerBI, SAC or Quicksight) Development of tracking functionalities Evaluation of the developed solution
