The professional training centre Rhein-Neckar offers annual vocational rehabilitation measures in 10 cities throughout Germany for more than 1,600 customers. We encourage and support you and your approx. 190 Colleagues with psychological limitations from different fields of work, individually in the re­creation of basic skills and in the reorientation of work. We accompany people after a mental illness on your way back to work life. Technical and organisational management of the site Participation in the support of participants and in the rehab measures offered Design room for further development of diverse offers and concepts Staff management and development Cooperation and network work Participation in company-wide projects

Graduate of Psychology (Master / Diploma), Social Education (Master / Diploma) or as an alternative to multiannual, relevant professional experience of Business Administration (Master / Diploma) Funded knowledge in a scientifically recognized therapy and counselling process Multiannual professional experience in work with mentally ill people, like to participate in work life or in (social) psychiatrie Management experience would be desirable Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to work on the basis of the BWL
