Senior Project Manager Large Enterprise Projects (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, implementation and controlling of complex IT major projects to implement state-of-the-art hospital information systems (KIS) in large enterprise environments. You take over the leadership and control of larger, interdisciplinary project teams as well as partners and third-party providers and coordinate challenging project tasks and resources. The development and preparation of steering committees, risk and stakeholder management, management reports and policy templates are your daily business. You ensure smooth, transparent communication, accompany escalations professionally and is responsible for the strategic development of our key customers at C level. The financial aspects of your large-scale projects, including budgeting, forecasting and effective controlling, are monitored and controlled by you.

Multiannual experience in managing complex digitalization and transformation projects in the clinic environment, ideally in large clinic associations or groups; Professional and process knowledge from the clinical environment and IPMA certification are advantageous. Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. economics, health management, business informatics) or a comparable qualification. Analytical, self-contained, structured and solution-oriented way of working is the same as your enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams and with our customers. Safe appearance and pronounced communication strength, both internally and with demanding stakeholders, especially in the C level of large companies. High readiness and very good communication skills in German.
