Lateral entry as a packaging specialist (m/f/d)

In the packaging and assembly team, you will arrange for our products to be packaged, assembled and prepared for further shipping or further processing.

You serve assembly systems and packaging machines, eliminate disturbances autonomously and thus contribute to ensuring a smooth production process. In addition to machine operation, you take manual packaging and assembly activities and ensure that all parts are correctly assembled, packaged and marked. Depending on the requirements, you will take care of the material supply, guide required parts to the workplace, remove residual and packaging material and keep your working environment clean and ordered. You control ongoing processes according to work instructions, document the results and ensure transparent and comprehensible production. By complying with all work and safety regulations (e.g. UVV, fire protection) you make an important contribution to a safe working environment. By observing all the quality requirements according to the test plan and performing documented tests, you make sure that our products achieve the required quality reliably.

Ideally, you have completed vocational training (without special discipline) and thus provide a solid basis for work in production. Technical understanding and general PC skills help you understand machine operating surfaces, make settings and capture process data. With your good knowledge of German, you can safely understand, document and vote clearly in the team. The willingness to work in 3 shifts and regularly on weekends and to participate in ergonomic shift models shows your flexibility and willingness to use in a dynamic production environment.
