A 12 BBesO, E12 TV EntgO-DRV Activity Division 16 “Enterprise Security” as the central service provider of the DRV Bund takes tasks of IT and physical Security, protection of personal data, security and emergency management as well as basic and cross-sectional tasks. The Security Operations Center (SOC) controls the operational IT security of the DRV Bund and other connected RV carriers. For this purpose, the SOC operates specialized systems for detecting vulnerabilities and attacks as well as as a central point of contact for IT security incidents. With the coordination and implementation of penetration tests, the SOC also performs preventive tasks. The Data and Platform Management team takes care of the operation and configuration of the security systems as part of the SOC and is responsible for the development of automation and the onboarding of new processes.

Integrate SOC systems into existing systems (e.g. ticketing systems, log sources) via APIs and other interfaces and development of automation Recording requirements for automation and integration solutions and consulting other teams Continuous improvement of automation and integration Operation, maintenance and monitoring of SOC systems Support the introduction and change of platform technologies, for example implementation of PoCs Create and maintain documentation on systems, configurations and processes

A completed higher education (Bachelor, Diploma) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification, Example due to an IT-specific qualification or completed vocational training in the IT sector with corresponding experience Multiannual professional experience relevant to the above-mentioned task and first practical experience in IT security Deep knowledge of scripting, software development with Bash, JavaScript and at best with Go Experiences in RZ infrastructure, operating systems (Linux/Windows), container environments and network protocols Negotiating German knowledge and very good English knowledge in word and writing are absolutely necessary Embossed communication strength, coordination skills as well as an independent and self-organized procedure complete your profile
