Project Office Manager im Marineschiffbau (m/f/d)

Together with the team, you define the project standards – from methods to instructions and guidelines to processes and templates – and adapt them to the existing rules and customer-specific requirements. You support needs-oriented in the application of the agreed project management tools, guidelines and reporting. You determine which activities are to be carried out in project, configuration and obsolescence management according to company specifications and customer requirements (Tailoring). You define the form and content of the report for work packages (AP) in coordination with the line organisation. You describe and coordinate the implementation of the APs and set up the associated volume skeletons in your area of responsibility. You moderate and coordinate the interfaces between the project participants. You make sure that the products of the project CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) are delivered on time, quality and cost-compliant – incl. Organization of reviews before handover to the customer. You carry out a demand-oriented stakeholder analysis and create a communication matrix that ensures the flow of information in the project.

You have a degree in technical or economic science or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year, relevant experience in project execution. You have already worked with public orders, ideally in the Marine environment. You know common project management methods and tools and preferably have a recognised certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP, SCRUM). You are familiar with configuration and obsolescence management. You have well-founded experience in the project matrix organization and can solve conflicts between project and line. You have high own initiative, flexibility and strong management-of-Change capabilities in a complex environment. You work structured, have a strong quality awareness and a safe, professional appearance. You are passionate about new challenges, are communication-strong, contact-loving and a real team player.
