Together with your CvD colleagues, you support the Healthcare department management not only in the use and development of your team members, but also at higher level in the projects. This means that you can set up projects in consultation with customers and always have an eye on how to advance them. In addition, you will help ensure that the Daily Doing is all about the performance and quality of your projects.

Your tasks in detail: Monitoring and optimization of the daily editorial workflow Staff deployment planning Project management and coordination Rectorate, quality testing and performance control Further development and motivation of employees:inside and onboarding new colleagues:inside Operating and strategic customer communication Conceptual input for new projects and further development of existing projects Creation of various content formats

Several years of professional experience in digital content creation First contact points with scientific and/or medical topics Experience in the project management and desire to further develop towards leadership Feeling for direct contact with the customer Organizational institution with careful, independent and structured work Experience in dealing with content management systems (WordPress of Advantage) Current SEO skills and experience in dealing with keyword analysis tools of advantage Formulation strength and a very good voice feeling Very good English knowledge (both in direct communication and in textual)
