Electrical Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)

For our facility management team, which takes care of operational safety and requirements in the technical FM, infrastructure FM and construction management disciplines day by day, we are looking for reinforcement:

• Leadership, operational planning and further development of the electrical maintenance team

• Ensure availability and operational readiness of all electrical systems, machines and operating buildings

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of repair and repair work (preventive and reactive)

• Order processing and documentation in a CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management)

• Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting

• Responsibility for electrical safety, compliance with occupational safety and environmental requirements

• Spare parts management, storage and budget planning for maintenance

• Project management for modernization, retrofit and investment projects

• cooperation with the purchase and external service providers; Selection and control of service partners

• Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering (electricians/mechatronics) with further training to the electric master, technician electric or comparable

• Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of electrical installations, in particular in the field of plant engineering and electrical installations

• Good knowledge of current standards and guidelines in the field of electrical engineering

• Management experience and safe handling of personnel and time planning

• Experience with electrical energy distribution, switching systems, engine controls and protection technology

• Experience with CAFM and MS-Office

• Structured, solution-oriented operation, resilience and enforcement

• Communication strength, team capacity and high quality and safety orientation

• Class B driving licence
