Examination of prescribed quality requirements (legal, normative, customer-related) Preparation and implementation of test procedures and preparation of test reports Control of components, assemblies and systems (e.g. function, measurement, surface condition, shape accuracy) Functional and interaction testing of components; readjustment documentation and evaluation of test results and determination of deviations Exchange of defective assemblies / equipment and processing of complaints Optimization of testing procedures and tracking of improvement measures Creation of regular status reports (Q reports) and communication in the project team Production of customer documentation Contact person for customers and monitoring authorities, including for vehicle removal Coordination of production and IBS-related process monitoring

Complete vocational training in the field of electronics, industrial mechanics or comparable At best, first professional experience in a similar position knowledge of rail vehicle functions desirable Safe handling of SAP of advantage Ideally know-how regarding quality assurance, in particular with common Q methods Excellent quality awareness as well as high readiness and flexibility
