Projektmanager (m/w/d) Your responsibility: Own-sponsored processing of credit and construction savings contracts in the standard credit business over the entire contract lifecycle Examination and processing of contractual changes (e.g. adjustments to contingency, prolongations, debt liability decrees, family changes or deaths) Assessment and management of credit collateral and implementation of collateral changes and exemptions Processing of various credit and support products (e.g. KfW, Riester or Opti contracts) Creation of forwarding offers, interest and redemption plans as well as certificates of borrowing Processing of credit repayments, special payments and terminations in the credit and construction sector Examination and processing of notarial documents and other credit-relevant documents Contact person:in for internal departments, savings banks and external partners in technical issues Processing of customer requests, complaints and regulatory requests Support for quality assurance, evaluations and system regulations
