The Restaurant & Café Herzogliche Dampfwäscherei is part of the historic building ensemble of the city of Schwerin, very close to the centre opposite the Marstall with an in-house parking. • Reception, placement and advice of our guests • Competent, polite and quick service at the guest • Mise en place, cover and cleaning • Book and debit with the cash register system • Cash and cordial farewell of the guests • Ensuring smooth work and service in à la carte & banquet business • Careful, professional storage and processing of all products • Knowledge of events • Support for good and collaborative cooperation • Ensuring and improving our quality standards • Innovative ideas and suggestions for process optimization • Immigrant information flow and communication with the kitchen and the management team
