Support of customer and service tickets with remote, email and telephone service Problem analysis, troubleshooting and service processing Advice to customers in all electrotechnical questions and for plant optimization Preparation and implementation of in-house tests and service operations Preparation, implementation and follow-up of (upgrade) operations Electrotechnical work and plant responsibility via remote and on-site Organisation and implementation of customer training and audits System-specific software testing Configuration and parameterization of electrical components (e.g. drive systems) Creation of internal service, upgrade and customer documentation Remote support for service cases & upgrades Standby Service (24 h-Hotline) Communication with subcontractors and foreign representatives Transfer of replacement and upgrade orders Working with the development of service products and engineered parts Specification, configuration and test of spare parts Takeover of projects in the service

Completed studies (U/TU/FH) or technicians:in/HTL in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or electricians:in, technicians:in with practical/technical/expanded knowledge and further training Multiannual relevant professional experience and special knowledge in international machine and plant engineering desirable readiness to travel abroad Good English language skills Flexibility in dealing with people from different cultures
