Staff support of an employee group and implementation as well as support of all personal administrative processes taking into account the tariff, labour and business regulations Support and advice of executives in all personal and labour law issues Preparation, implementation and follow-up of personnel billing, including ensuring the correct implementation of statutory, collective and operational requirements Cooperation with the Works Council Creating work contracts, business agreements, renunciations, terminations as well as conducting salary and criticism talks Responsibility for ensuring operational integration management Support in various personal topics such as billing, retirement and travel costs Takeover and cooperation of special projects

Commercial training with additional qualification in the personnel sector or business studies with a focus on personnel Multiannual professional experience in operational personnel management as a personnel officer HR Business Partner Advanced knowledge of personnel billing and a secure understanding of billing-relevant legal and collective agreements Knowledge and experience in the field of labour, social, tax, tariff and labour law Self-certificate, binding and trusting, empathic, committed and systematic working, team-capable and intercultural understanding Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as routined in dealing with MS-Office Compulsively necessary: humor and a sympathetic sense for sarcasm.
