The Enabling Office is a newly formed facility management team within the framework of the “EinFM” project, which acts as a link between the technical facility management and the DLR institutions and institutions. The aim is to gather as much knowledge as possible about the project as early as possible and to connect it with your knowledge of downstream processes in order to identify advantages and disadvantages of various implementation options early on, to increase the project quality, to shorten the implementation time and reduce start-up problems. To this end, you translate and transport the infrastructure needs of our colleagues both within the facility management and the location lines, so that You are taken into account in the location development planning for the Braunschweig site. Your tasks As an enabling officer, you support the institutes and institutions in the development and implementation of infrastructural project ideas resulting from their strategies and objectives. To do this, you are familiar with the scientific orientations of the institutes and their processes and structures. In the early phase of your ideas, you will explore the options for the rapid and efficient creation of the infrastructural prerequisites for implementing scientific or strategic goals. Take into account internal processes and technical requirements and work closely with the experts of the Technical Facility Management. You know the trends of the industry and thus the institutes and institutions e.g. with regard to the required requirements or possibilities.
