Test Technician - Acoustic Sensors (m/f/d)

You carry out detailed measurements on electroacoustic assemblies, in particular impedance, phase and amplitude measurements as well as insulation tests. You take over the measurement of acoustic sensors and evaluate the resulting directional diagrams. You are responsible for the receipt of goods from electromechanical parts, as well as the finding of customer returns. You carry out series quality testing under pressure conditions to guarantee the reliability of the components under real operating conditions. You can document your test results without any gaps, archive them digitally and create corresponding documentation for deviations. You continuously control the applied measurement programs to match the current test regulations and introduce simple corrective measures for troubleshooting. You will ensure the economic use of equipment and materials, and pay strict attention to compliance with all safety requirements and to order and cleanliness at work.

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronic engineer, have a technician or master qualification in the fields of communication or system electronics. You bring about 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable technical environment. You have well-founded knowledge of electronic and mechanical measurement technology as well as experience in handling complex test equipment and ideally in 3D measurement technology. You are familiar with the common standards and regulations for quality testing. You are experienced in handling MS Office as well as ERP, DMS, QM systems. You are characterized by a high degree of sense of responsibility, resilience and a cooperative way of working.
