In your role, you take control of various repair measures and ensure the time-, cost- and quality implementation of all the construction projects assigned to you within our network In coordination with the plant managers, you commission, tax and monitor self-responsible repair measures in construction engineering, taking into account the regulations and framework agreements The coordination of repair services from planning to implementation and the integration of all internal and external project participants as well as the blocking-pause management are professional You enter offers, check them, and execute the commissioning of internal and external service providers If necessary, you will obtain the necessary regulatory approvals or private consents and inform the public The applicable internal and external standards, guidelines and regulations are always in mind and ensure compliance

Your profile:

You have a training as an IHK master:in railway construction / Oberbau or alternatively a training as:to the technician:in with several years of professional experience in the railway infrastructure Ideally, you bring a qualification as a specialist manager: in train or are willing to acquire it.
