In the 1:1 supply, you accompany a young person or young adult*n individually and in a familiar environment. Depending on your individual needs, your work takes place at home and, for example, in school or training. It is possible to use early, late and night services.

Your tasks

• Professional nursing care for a young person or young adults in the context of extraclinical intensive care
• Individual support in the home environment and, if necessary, in everyday school or training
• Takeover of early, late and night services
• Monitoring, monitoring and documentation of the state of health
• Safe handling of medical technology as well as ventilation and emergency situations
• Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, schools, training institutions and other subjects involved
• Designing an individual, need-oriented and self-determined supply
