Your tasks

Individually responsible nationwide tours and schedules for our service technicians Optimization of routes and tours taking into account our high service targets Active customer support for appointments and complaint and escalation management Ensuring and monitoring of daily operations in compliance with customer-specific requirements Central interface between customers, technicians and the adjacent specialist departments – you ensure a smooth flow of information

Embossed service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills Excellent organizational design and independent, precise operation enthusiasm for our products and the willingness to continue developing completed commercial or technical vocational training as well as professional experience in disposition Safe handling of MS Office products; Experience with tour planning software of advantage German in word and writing
