Sales Representative

For our subsidiary Sefelec GmbH, based in Baden-Baden, we are looking for a technical sales engineer (m/w/d), directly assigned to the sales manager. Area of work: Germany, with possible extension to the DACH region or EU. Ready to travel: about 50% of working time.

• Active new customer acquisitions in the assigned area • Regular visits to interested parties and customers • Sales presentation and negotiation of our products and services • Increase in sales, margins and market share • customer retention, support and further development of the existing customer portfolio • Development of a key account strategy • Achieving the sales targets set for the area • Regular reporting to management • Qualification and tracking of business opportunities • Implementation of market analyses and preparation of proposals • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers • Management of daily sales activities

• At least 3 years of experience in technical distribution or in the electrical/electronics industry • Technical training (electronics, electronics) or comparable professional experience • Very good knowledge of German (required) • English and/or French knowledge of advantage • Good understanding of our range of products and services • Self-employment, initiative and proactivity • Result-oriented, flexible and with high work ethics
