Personal Controller (f|m|d)

You act as a Sparring Partner for the Board of Management of ADAC SE as well as the Managing Directors of the Tocherter companies and Heads of Internal Services in all matters relating to personal controlling. You are responsible for the further development of the methods, processes and systems in personal controlling. You design the personnel reporting system and are responsible for its regular production in close cooperation with the personnel department. You conduct the personnel planning of ADAC SE. To do this, you also set the methodological framework for the subsidiaries and coordinate the development process. You coordinate the planning of the costs of occupational retirement, part-time and other personal economic instruments. You support the achievement of the set goals with analyses of personnel costs, personnel stock and personal economic indicators. You work on annual accounts and work with the balance sheet sector as well as auditors and pension reviewers. You promote the automation of processes in personal controlling

You have a completed university degree in business administration or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in personal controlling. You have well-founded personal knowledge and in-depth knowledge of the accounting of pension provisions. You safely apply control systems, in particular SAP HCM, SAC and MS-Excel. You have a strong analytical ability, a high number affinity and a structured way of working. You convince by the strength of communication and the ability to portray complex facts in a comprehensible manner. You enjoy working in the team and the continuous development of methods and processes in personnel controlling.
