IT Specialist - SAP HCM S / 4HANA Inhouse Consultant (w/m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

With your know-how, you are responsible for the care, maintenance, customizing and further development of the IT system in the area of HR (SAP HCM or S / 4HANA). With the IT interface management for further connected personnel management systems (including A. Guidecom HR Suite), we rely on your support. You support in overarching personnel projects. Finally, you will take over the support of the specialist department for further technical developments.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Customizing SAP HCM or S4 / HANA (PA, PY, PT) as well as in schemes and regulations Successfully completed higher education (e.g. computer science) or equivalent skills and experience acquired in practice High consulting competence and communication strength Team orientation as well as independent, structured working
