This position offers you real design space, high visibility in the international environment and the opportunity to shape financial and process excellence in a leading management and technology consultancy in a sustainable manner: You are driving forward the harmonisation, standardization and documentation of record-to-report processes as well as digitalization and automation You ensure audit-proof documentation and strengthen process compliance and quality through clear guidelines, best practices and training You act as a central interface for all process-relevant topics and questions You define professional record-to-report requirements, answer the solution release and accompany the rollout of the SAP S/4HANA transformation in the Public Cloud You are developing the global IFRS accounting manual strategically and acting as a specialist entity for its group-wide application In this function you report to the Head of Firmwide Accounting This unlimited full-time position is now available at our locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich. Your profile You have a successfully completed master's degree in a relevant economics and at least five years of professional experience in accounting, controlling or audit You have proven experience in design, documentation and control of continuous accounting and final processes You bring significant process expertise in SAP S/4HANA as well as sound IFRS knowledge; Experience with Signavio, Process Mining or Automation is beneficial You convince with strong communication skills and strong change management skills You have very good English knowledge in word and writing; German and/or French are advantageous Dare more.
