We are now looking for full time at the Magdeburg site.

You advise management in all commercial matters and professionalize the business processes of the company as part of the management team and their mapping in the ERP system You are responsible for all commercial and administrative processes and lead or develop the fields of financial accounting, controlling, material management and purchasing You improve the commercial order processing and ensure, in particular in the company's plant construction business, economic calculation bases and contractual risk management Together with the parent company, you develop the development and development of human resources and IT You create and monitor the company's budget, secure the monthly reporting as well as the annual accounts according to HGB and establish continuous cost accounting

You have a degree in BWL, economic engineering or a comparable qualification You have multi-year leadership experience with overall responsibility in the commercial sector of a manufacturing industrial company with international business relations You have a strong understanding of working and business processes, ideally in project and plant engineering You have profound knowledge in cost accounting, order calculation and material management You successfully lead people, possess persuasive power and have an analytical and structured approach with pronounced hands-on mentality You have experience in organisational development as well as accompanying and implementing change processes You have pronounced IT/ERP knowledge Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing are of course for you
