mandatory conditions completed university studies of social education, childhood education, education or a comparable course of study at least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of childcare well-founded knowledge of pedagogical work in the open concept as well as the organizational structures of daycare facilities proven experience in supporting teams, change or development processes good language skills in German (min. B2) vaccination or Immunity against measles driving licence class B

desirable qualifications Professional experience as a specialist consulting, coach, process management or supervisor/-in Experience in the moderation and processing of team conflicts Knowledge and Methodology Competence in Team Development, Team Dynamics and Organisational Development Experience as a guide of a day care facility Continuing training in conflict consulting, mediation, coaching, supervision or comparable consulting formats Knowledge of systemic counselling approaches
