Account Manager (m/w/d) 100% Homeoffice, Field Service Germany-wide we are looking for a new team member (m/w/d) that supports our customers in the pharmacy environment in the application of our own developed software solutions. You ensure that new systems are not only introduced, but are used safely and efficiently – and are the first respondent to technical questions concerning functions and processes.

As a representative of our company, you carry out training, seminars and service visits on site as well as digitally and take over their structured preparation and follow-up. During the system implementation, you will accompany our customers beyond pure onboarding and ensure that users can move safely, independently and efficiently in the new systems. Their practical experiences are actively involved in the further development of our training concepts. In cooperation with the internal academy, you develop targeted learning content and keep it up to date. Through the close exchange with adjacent areas such as hotline, quality assurance and product management, you contribute to the continuous optimization of our solutions. You can also support sales in presentations, customer appointments as well as regional events and trade fairs as part of your external services.

You have completed training as PTA or PKA or bring relevant professional experience in the pharmacy environment. Custom goods management systems are familiar to you, ideally you have knowledge of PROKAS or comparable solutions. Traveling willingness within Germany will bring you along as well as a class B driving licence. Through your structured, patient and self-initiative way, you can also communicate complex content in a comprehensible and practical way. A safe occurrence, very good ways of handling as well as pronounced communication strength are characterized. We require very good German knowledge in word and writing.
