In order to support our customer service team, we are now looking for an employee Customer Service Germany / sales service (m/w/d).

Supporting a defined customer group Monitoring the existing situation in cooperation with sales planning Order processing and invoice Maintenance of customer-related SAP data including price and condition care Processing of complaints Trustful cooperation with the Departments External Services, Key Account Management, Accounting, Logistics, Central Planning, Marketing and Quality Assurance Administrative activities

Successfully completed commercial training Professional experience in sales services Embossed customer and sales orientation as well as high service readiness Structured, independent and targeted working methods Action orientation and self-initiative Teamability and strong organizational skills Good SAP skills and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills - oral and written Good knowledge of English is desired
