DISCLOSURE The Tender Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for the project management issues during the sales phase of a project. These include: Creation of construction schedules in MS Project Planning of construction and transport concepts based on predefined standards and customer requirements as well as in coordination with crane, transport and assembly service providers Cost planning for all construction sites and logistics activities in the sales calculation Risk assessment for PM-specific topics in the internal risk assessment process (Project Board Meeting) and active transfer of risk mitigation measures to customer contract negotiations Conducting local dates in planned wind farms to coordinate the PM-relevant topics with our customers and our service providers Participation in contract negotiations with our customers Preparation of project-specific topics after conclusion of the contract to ensure a seamless transition of the project into the operational PM (Handover Sales to PM) Northex Group representation to our customers and partners

DEIN PROFIL Complete technical or economic studies or a comparable training Relevant professional experience in project management or project development, preferably in the field of wind energy Good MS Office knowledge (e.g. MS Excel & MS Project) and knowledge in AutoCAD and GIS German and English knowledge in word and writing Fun at work in interdisciplinary teams Proactive, targeted and organised working methods Conflict competence readiness to travel
