Completed gastronomic training with economic training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in gastronomy, operational control and personnel management Good business knowledge and safe handling of key figures Knowledge of hygiene, quality and safety regulations Very good communication and organization skills Safe handling of MS Office 365 German knowledge of at least C1 level Standing for occasional missions
