With about 40 employees, LRZ's research department carries out challenging projects to develop new LRZ IT services and modernise existing ones. In this exciting environment, you will help the field management and the team leadership, with a focus on the “Big Data and Artificial Intelligence” team, whose challenges are always organised. Your main tasks: Support for administrative tasks – correspondence, video conferences and telephone communication in German and English Organisation of seminars and events (meetings, workshops, meetings of working groups) and support in implementing Support scheduling and travel management Fine-tuning of technical reports, support in contracting and forming, communication structures and document creation in the project life cycle Support in procurement (prescriptions, quote requests, orders, inventory, invoice tracking)
