Your duties As a specialist department manager (m/w/d), you develop an effective brand management for the KVV Group and drive its establishment and continuous further development consistently. Considering the corporate design, define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance. With regular analyses, you evaluate brand-relevant data, derive measures and continuously sharpen brand identity and brand positioning in the inside and outside. In addition, you develop a donation and sponsoring strategy and implement it. In close cooperation with the communication and marketing functions of the KVV Group, you connect brand management with the corporate and communication strategy. You also take over the trademark inspection, monitoring and registration of the KVV Group brands. Your profile You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Brand Management, Marketing or a comparable discipline. Ideally, complement your profile with additional qualifications in brand management, communication, project management or change management. Both strategically and operationally, You bring well-founded knowledge of brand management and marketing and have gained proven experience in brand management, sponsoring, event and campaign management. You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented, manage projects securely and keep an overview in complex situations. Organizational ability, networked thinking, consistent self-management and convincing presentation and communication strength are your core competencies. With creativity, self-initiative, implementation strength and decision-making pleasure, you actively shape change processes. At the same time, you stand up to the situation, convince by team skills, ability to talk and conflict, as well as enthusiasm and enforcement.
