As the main responsibility for a low-code platform, you take over the application responsibility and are the first point of contact for technical and data protection issues. They drive forward the strategic development of the platform and coordinate the requirements of the field with the development partners. The prioritization of technical requirements and accompaniment of release changes are part of your tasks as well as the implementation of feasibility analyses. They plan and coordinate changes, create change plans and ensure the stabilization of business processes. The preparation of specialist concepts and system specifications is carried out in close coordination with the specialist department and the stakeholders. They run external service providers and ensure that IT clients are effectively implemented. Its role includes the collection and documentation of business processes for optimising platform usage.

Complete study in the IT field or comparable training with professional experience in IT project management Ideally, you are certified as Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner and have experience in coordinating IT service providers. Knowledge of current IT technologies, software architectures and IT services according to ITIL Commercial knowledge is beneficial, high social competence and communicative skills Sovereign appearance, enthusiasm as well as pronounced quality, result and customer orientation Self-employed, methodological and conceptual work with a high degree of analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Experience in handling change processes and can successfully implement them Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
