Business Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

Active integration into our national and international network: You work closely with lawyers: inside and outside the German and international offices and actively participate in our strategies and projects. BD support for the German market: Unlike other law firms, you support all German practice and sector groups in implementing and revising various business development measures. Market and trend observation: You create market, company and competition analyses and identify current trends and topics to be able to derive concrete recommendations for action. Visible contribution to the success of the firm: You contribute to the creation of pitch and presentation documents and thus contribute significantly to the creation of mandates and the acquisition of new business. Material preparation & Database care: You support the development and updating of brochures and other marketing materials and take over the ongoing care of internal reference databases.

Education & experience: You have a successfully completed degree and bring first professional experience in business development in the consulting area, ideally in a firm. Analytical & Structured Operation: You think analytic, work structured and carefully and have fun working on a variety of topics. independentness & reliability: You independently coordinate tasks and projects in the daily business and implement them reliably. Language competence & technical know-how: You have very good German and English skills, work safely with MS Office and bring interest in digital tools as well as ideally first experience with generic AI and prompting.
