Head of Accounting & Controlling (m/d) Location: Castle on Fehmarn Edeka Jens is an owner-managed retail company with over 300 employees, including around 40 trainees, and eleven markets along the Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. As a regionally rooted company, we continue to grow and expand our commercial structures step by step. To strengthen our headquarters, we are looking for a team leader Accounting & Controlling (w/m/d), who understands numbers, controls processes and acts as a reliable interface between team and management.

Professional leadership and further development of a small team in accounting (about 5 employees) Responsibility for debitor and creditor accounting incl. Payments and reminders Participation in monthly and annual accounts Coordination and further development of controlling and reporting structures Creation of evaluations as well as decision bases for management Participation in budget and cost planning Creation and maintenance of liquidity planning Optimization and simplification of commercial processes and processes Cooperation with auditors and tax advisors

Commercial training and/or business studies Ideally, further training on/to account holder Multiannual professional experience in accounting, controlling or finance Knowledge of tax and balance sheet law First leadership experience or strong interest in professional team management Structured, reliable and analytical operation Hands-on mentality and joy in practical work Clear communication and team orientation
