Your duties

Strategic and overall responsible control of the property work for the vehicle properties acoustics and sound emission

Development of a roadmap for properties to achieve strategically defined ambition levels

Collecting information from the market and from customers to future customer requirements

Participation in benchmark activities to assess the driving behaviour of competition vehicles

Market and Brake Watching for New Technology Trends and Opportunities

Identification of performance gaps in the product range of the MAN brand

Definition of technical targets for future projects

Creation of transparency with regard to the achievement of objectives in ongoing projects, through regular evaluation of current concepts

Representation of properties on bodies within the brand and in Traton

Your qualifications

Expertise in automotive acoustics

Good feel and hearing for acoustic phenomen and vulnerabilities in vehicle acoustics

Knowledge and understanding of customer needs and the international commercial market

Strong communication skills in a cross-functional setup within engineering, sales and product planning

Structured and transparent operation

Language skills in German and English

Driving licence CE, and entry Zif.95
