After a targeted incorporation, you take responsibility for the further development of the enterprise architecture in our company. Together with IT and Marketing/Sales/Innovation, you will first develop a central sales platform that digitally maps all processes around tickets, fares, customer management/data and billing. You act as a connecting element between internal departments, external service providers and management. You analyse existing system landscapes, identify optimization potentials, ensure the consistency of business processes, applications and technologies and provide management decisions. In addition, you support strategic digitalization initiatives, evaluate new technologies and ensure compliance with architectural principles and compliance standards. The key to your success is your ability to combine technological expertise with a strong understanding of the business requirements of an ÖPNV provider.
