Export Specialist (m/f/d)

For our strategic business unit ''Semicondutor Mask Solutions'', we're looking for an 'export supplier' at the Jena site at the next possible time:

Your role: Individual tariffing of goods in accordance with the current tariff list and export-law assessment of all relevant materials in accordance with all applicable provisions, especially European and U.S. export control law

Evaluation, approval and documentation of export operations for the Jena and Oberkochen sites

independently evaluate import processes and submit import procedures to service providers

Regularly analyze export control processes and develop suggestions for improvement

Application for binding tariff information

Preparation and support of external and customs checks

Complete study of the business economy, economic engineering, as a technical farmer or technical study with additional commercial qualification

Multiannual professional experience in sales with export and import operations, ideally in the capital goods sector in the role of export representatives

Very good SAP knowledge (in particular module MMMM, SDSD, Business Warehouse)

A strong communication and team capability

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
