From giveaways to posters and brochures to digital advertising films: You accompany regional marketing measures from the first idea to the final result. You help to prepare and learn information for our sales partners in a simple, comprehensible and attractive manner. You will participate in webinars, seminars and digital learning offerings for insurance distribution and learn how we develop our sales staff. You get to know our digital systems and tools and can bring ideas about how we develop them. You help us make workflows simpler and smarter and can bring your own ideas for improvement. You'll also shape how we integrate AI and automation into our working day and processes. You get to know ADAC insurance and, above all, our insurance distribution, can try out and take on your own tasks step by step.

You have a good school degree (center maturity, subject abitur or abitur) or are close to You are curious and open to many new topics and you want to introduce and try your own ideas. Digital applications and new tools can be found exciting and also want to try out how AI can be used in everyday work. You organize well and keep track of multiple tasks. You work reliably and make sure your tasks are done properly. You go open to other people and like to work with others in the team. And importantly, you don't have to be able to do anything yet.
