Head of IT (m/f/d)

You are responsible for and managing the stable and future-proof operation of the entire IT landscape, from workplace systems to networks to server and system infrastructure You run our small IT team and continue to form employees You ensure smooth IT operation across locations and ensure a reliable communication, network and hardware environment You are planning, controlling and developing the IT infrastructure continuously, focusing on security, efficiency and scalability You guide and support employees, lecturers and participants in IT-relevant issues and provide service-oriented support You take responsibility for network & security management and cloud & virtualization You actively drive the optimization of IT processes, systems and standards and strategically introduce your expertise

You have completed training as a specialist (or comparable qualification) as well as relevant professional experience in the IT field, ideally with first leadership responsibility You bring sound knowledge of Windows administration, Microsoft 365, and modern network and system infrastructures with You also keep an overview of modern IT landscapes and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions You work independently, structured and service-oriented and place great value on quality and reliability You convince with a strong communication capability and joy in dealing with different user groups – from start-up to expert You are open to further development and innovation and provide the willingness to work continuously into new technologies, tools and challenges
