Student Assistant (m/w/d) for the Empirical Team in the Project Competence Center for Securing Skilled Workers (KOFA)

For the topic cluster Professional Qualification & Experts, we are looking for you as a student employee (m/w/d) for the Empirie team at the Competence Center (KOFA).

You're doing this with us: Together with our team, you work on studies and evaluations on the situation in the training and labour market. On the subject of vocational education and training, you analyze official statistics and survey data and prepare them. You help with evaluations and maintenance of our IW specialist database. You support work in a practical project. Together we prepare the research results for different target groups (e.g. ministries, associations and companies) and various channels of public relations (e.g. publications, website and social media).

We wish you: You are a registered student (m/w/d), with semesters and disciplines being second. What is important to us is that you enjoy data analysis and first knowledge. You are also interested in trends in the training and labour market. Careful and conscientious work is of course for you. You will also be happy to prepare texts for target groups. First experiences with Stata or another software for data analysis are advantageous. In addition, you should be able to handle MS Office programs safely (especially Excel and PowerPoint). You like to work in the team, but also have fun working independently on tasks. You have good knowledge of German and good English skills in word and writing.
