Multiannual professional experience in facility management, in technical building support or as a home technician Solid knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA) in the areas of sanitary, heating, air conditioning, ventilation Basic understanding of compressed air, cooling water and building control technology Experience in coordinating, instructing and performance tracking of external service providers and craft firms A high degree of initiative, organisational talent and a solution-oriented, structured way of working with a view to economy and security Safe handling of popular MS Office applications
