The challenge is to precisely transform the voltage and the current in high-voltage lines to a lower level. This is then used for measuring and control purposes in the control rooms of the transformers or, for example, in urban switching systems. Mechanical dimensioning & calculation methods: Responsibility for the development, maintenance and application of calculation methods and tools for dimensioning components and assemblies Function as an internal expert for the mechanical design of transducers and for pressure tank calculations according to international standards and regulations Defining and developing dimensioning requirements for the design team Construction & Product Development: Design of components, assemblies and assemblies, taking into account production technology, materials and technical standards Development of conceptual solutions for complex new developments – from requirement analysis to concept phase to series maturity evaluation and selection of technically and economically suitable implementation approaches; Introduction of new technologies in the development process Development projects & customer communication: Responsible planning, coordination and implementation of development projects – from the concept phase to the successful implementation Coordination of technical requirements and solutions with customers and external partners as well as the creation of meaningful technical reports and documentation Interne Fachberatung & Wissensmanagement: Contact person for adjacent departments (including Sales, After Sales Engineering) as an expert for mechanical questions Maintenance, documentation and further development of the technical know-how and support in the standardization of components and processes

Training & professional experience: Graduate degree Mechanical Engineering (Master or Diploma) In-depth knowledge of strength teaching, materials engineering and manufacturing processes, in particular Al casting and welding At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in special machine construction, in high-voltage technology or a comparable technical environment Experience in mechanical design and calculation of complex assemblies Knowledge of the application of analytical and numerical calculation methods Expertise: Funded knowledge in CAD systems, preferably Autodesk Inventor Practical experience with FEM simulation tools, ideally ANSYS Safe handling of technical standards and international regulations Experience in the development and implementation of calculation tools and design methods Knowledge of seismic analysis of advantage Personal strengths: Impressive learning and ability to integrate and develop complex expert knowledge in a structured manner Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed communication skills and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
