The program and portfolio of the University of Media Stuttgart (HdM) is unique across Europe and opens up the currently 5,500 students in 30 bachelor and master's degree programs to the media industry as well as in companies, organisations and institutions of the public sector. You play a central role in HdM's strategic area management. The coordination, support and implementation of projects, in particular in the context of strategic projects such as bwCAFM (interdisciplinary implementation of a new CAFM software for the efficient management of the university areas), CampusFuture (development of area plans for the optimization of existing areas) or the design/equipment of modern and flexible areas in the context of refurbishment projects and pending new construction measures Based on appropriate requirements/framework conditions, you plan and develop measures for efficient use and optimal utilization of university areas in close coordination with the relevant areas. This is accompanied by a competent and communicative project management. As part of the project coordination and control, you are the interface to all relevant stakeholders in and outside the university and accompany the generally overarching projects in a professionally experienced, independent and structured manner.

A completed, relevant university degree (Bachelor or comparable degree) in the field of environmental management, civil engineering, urban planning, administrative sciences or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Ideally professional experience in building, area, construction or university management Competent and binding occurrence, enforcement and organisational skills Reliability and a proactive, structured and independent operation Excellent communication skills and a very good oral, such as written expressiveness
