In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Business Manager Broking (m/w/d) for the multi-site brokering business at holding level.

Takeover of responsibilities in group-wide insurers and MGA strategies to ensure higher-level achievement Participation and coordination of group-wide carrier management to harmonise and increase the efficiency of the operational processes Pre- and post-processing as well as organisation and implementation of business meetings at decision-making level with our strategic insurance partners Implementation of ad hoc evaluations for the analysis of business and stock development and the implementation of market and competitive analyses Responsible placement for demanding risks Self-directing and monitoring of group-wide strategic projects to ensure long-term achievement within the group

Completed, qualified training or studies in the insurance field Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the context of an insurance broker or insurance company, focusing on commercial and industrial insurance Embossed analytical strength as well as safe handling of numbers, reports and evaluations Excellent negotiating strength and communication strength at eye level A sense of responsibility, a pronounced hands-on mentality and the motivation to work into new topics in the broking or project environment Secure handling of Excel as well as PowerPoint and ideally experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or comparable systems) Good knowledge of English in word and writing (min. B2-Level) readiness to travel
